    Digital Solutions: Data and Process Analytics Manager - Midrand

    Job Description

    Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in;
    • Python
    • Linux
    • Supervised Machine Learning
    • MLOps (including Gitlab)
    • System Integration
    • OCR (Optical Character Recognition)
    • Facial recognition tech/software
    • APIs (including request load balancing)
    • SQL
    • Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau for data visualization and reporting
    • Knowledge in SAP/Oracle would be beneficial

    Business and Analytical Skills:

    • Client centric with a proven track record of understanding and addressing client needs
    • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions to clients
    • Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Proven experience in effectively managing and leading a team
    • Outstanding time management skills with the ability to prioritize  tasks for both oneself and team members
    • Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate, mentor and empower team members
    • Adaptable and open to change, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment

    Qualifications

    • A Degree and/or Diploma relevant to the role.
    • Qualifying certificates that are job related
