    Digital Website Project Manager - (Wordpress Redesigns) (Remote - Anywhere in the World)

    We're looking for an experienced digital project /web manager to join our Interactive team. The ideal candidate would have agency experience acting as a liaison between clients and our design/development team to ensure client projects are launched on time.

    We have a mid-level and a senior-level position available.

    • Qualities
    • PM experience working with website redesigns.
    • Wordpress experience is a bonus!
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • Exceptional eye for aesthetically pleasing websites
    • Excels at delivering projects on time and within budget, meeting high-quality standards and customer expectations
    • Must possess excellent communication skills
    • Photoshop or HTML skills are a bonus but not required
    • Ability to manage and take delegation well from others
    • Able to perform tasks with a mentality of figuring it out as well as asking questions when needed
    • Ability to take on pieces of major projects with instruction and execute with minimal supervision
    • Ability to clearly and proactively communicate available bandwidth
    • Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with clients and internal teams in a timely manner
    • Experience
    • Experience setting and communicating priorities to project teams, while managing multiple projects simultaneously
    • Background or experience in computer science/HTML/CSS or UX a plus (but not required)

    What You'll Do

    • Oversee design, development, and implementation of websites and creative works for social media campaigns (post training)
    • Use a variety of standard tools and methods to communicate with the client
    • Lead multiple project teams to create websites that exceed customer expectations and speak to the customer’s target audience
    • Provide high-quality client interaction
    • Provide client satisfaction
    • Efficiently complete deliverables
    • Use organization, communication, and troubleshooting skills to prioritize multiple assignments and meet project deadlines
    • Experience setting and communicating priorities to project teams, while managing multiple projects simultaneously
    • Quality testing for website builds and launches
    • Developing and outlining specs for website builds (utilizing UX best practices)
    • Collaborate between Development, Design, Strategy, and Marketing departments to design, develop, test, and maintain web support for a variety of clients
    • Plan and develop strategic web roadmaps for clients
    • Make strategic recommendations on website performance updates
    • Manage small and large website projects from strategy to launch
    • Manage daily web maintenance tasks for clients
    • Organize daily workload and prioritize between small tasks and larger projects
    • Contribute appropriate and significant ideas to the team to help produce better work for clients
    • Percentage Breakdown
    • 10% client interaction (phone calls, meetings, emails, client training, etc.) (primary point of contact for your individual clients)
    • 30% developing web project specifications and managing schedules of web designers and web developers (acting as internal POC for projects you’re managing)
    • 10% outlining design/user experience specifications
    • 10% testing content management systems and e-commerce store functionality and user experience
    • 10% development of website information architecture
    • 15% project and website quality assurance
    • 5% website conversion rate optimization and UX testing
