• A senior leader with overall accountability to ensure the business unit vision, goals and objectives are successfully delivered via innovative IT solutions which align to high-level strategies and priority customer and colleague outcomes.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Be the voice of the business when evaluating day-to-day development decisions
• Engage with business directly to lead adoption and success stories on leveraging the ServiceNow Product
• Work closely with product manager to provide them with insight from the business and use-cases to influence product roadmap
• Evaluate which upcoming features are the most relevant to the business to clearly define uses cases and problems that these applications and features solve
• Escalation point for programs and projects critical milestones
• Accountable for translating business unit strategy into defined work packages (i.e. programs of work) and identifying resource and funding
• Act as liaison point for the business portfolio canvas, assessing high-value opportunities that accommodate feedback and assessment of business value delivered.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

• Typically requires extensive related experience with a Bachelor’s or equivalent degree; or extensive experience
• Relevant certifications
• Relevant DevOps certifications will be beneficial
• Agile related certifications preferable

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 10 – 12 years of team management experience
• Substantial working experience in a DevOps capacity, working within a fast-paced and fast-evolving environment
• Vast and successful experience leading a DevOps team
• Demonstrated experience in enterprise network technologies
• Significant experience in service management practices and processes within a continuous delivery environment
• Demonstrate vast experience writing code and have experience in the automation, configuration, and application performance management tools
