Key performance areas include but are not limited to:
- Strategic Leadership for Digital Teaching and Learning
- Development and Management of Digital Learning Infrastructure
- Academic Staff Development and Capacity Building
- Digital Course Design and Development
- Student Digital Learning Support
- Quality Assurance and Compliance
- Research, Innovation and Scholarship in Digital Education
- Resource and Project Management
Qualifications and Experience:
- A Doctoral Degree in Education, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- A postgraduate qualification in Higher Education Teaching and Learning is advantageous.
- A Teaching with Technology certification will be advantageous.
- At least 8–10 years’ experience in higher education teaching and learning.
- A minimum 5 years’ experience in leadership or management of e-learning or digital education initiatives.
Demonstrated experience in:
- Learning management systems
- Digital course development
- Instructional design
- Academic staff development
- Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and digital learning projects.
Skills:

- Project and programme management
- Stakeholder engagement
- Academic and Pedagogical Competencies
- Expertise in instructional design and digital pedagogy

- Problem-solving and innovation
