    Director, High Net Worth Services and Solutions

    Job Description
    As Director, High Net Worth Services and Solutions within the End-to-End Wealth Management Experience Tribe, you will be responsible for developing alternative investment and lending solutions that address the unique financial needs of Fidelity’s high net worth customers.

    The Purpose of Your Role
    As a squad member, this role will collaborate with the Squad Leader, the teammates, and our business partners to bring new high net-worth services and solutions to market. In pursuit of providing high net-worth individuals with alternative investment solutions, you will

    • Identify needs and pain of frustration for our customers
    • Quantify and communicate the value that high net worth solutions can deliver
    • Define problem statements, and develop solution hypotheses that support Fidelity’s Wealth Management offering
    • Own the design, build and deployment of alternative investment and collateralized lending solutions for high net worth customers
    • Drive or support aspects of the product development life cycle including business case development, requirements definition, end-to-end customer experience, and implementation with a distributed technology team
    • Work with business partners in Asset Management, Distribution, Clearing & Custody, Marketing and LRC to develop solutions for targeted customers

    • Driving competitive advantage through analysis of complex data from multiple, disparate sources to uncover and present meaningful insights and themes with clarity
    • Helping the squad define and achieve specific and measurable Key Performance Indicators
    • Keeping a pulse on emerging financial services trends
    • Dedication to communicating effectively with senior audiences
    • Working problems to resolution when clear answers are elusive
    • Managing groups of partners and delivering high-quality output through collaboration

    The Expertise We’re Looking For
    Your Expertise Includes
    You are an ambitious, client-obsessed leader who loves working collaboratively with teams to develop investment solutions and outstanding client experiences for high net worth clients.

    • Strong business knowledge of the Wealth Management space
    • High Net Worth product development experience or specific knowledge of alternative investment solutions and/or the investment banking industry
    • Professional experience that includes institutional providers, external banks, investment managers and technology partners.
    • A combination of discernment and analytical skills that allow you to make decisions based on both hard and soft data
    • Defining experimentation agendas and assessing work against critical metrics, revenue targets, and scorecards
    • Proven ability to establish credibility and trust with partners and the ability to influence without authority
    • Strong project management skills and a desire to own several initiatives at once while working tasks to completion independently in a high-quality, timely manner
    • Persistence in the face of opposition while maintaining a positive, can do attitude
    • Critical thought at the customer and associate level and an ability to assemble how these unique perspectives combine to support an ongoing experience for high net worth customers
    • Commitment to agile, cross-functional collaboration in a customer-centric, fast paced environment
    • Desire to expand Fidelity’s Wealth Management offerings and disrupt the market by re-imagining distribution models that drive scale and volume
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, MBA preferred, with 10+ years of relevant professional experience
    • Series 7 license required within 6 months of hire
    • Other relevant licenses include: Series 9/10, 24, CIMA, CFA, 79 (Investment Banking), 82 (Private Securities Offerings)
