    Director: Human Resources

    • Our client is seeking a seasoned Director of Human Resources to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide vision, leadership, and integration across all HR functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering effective people and talent plans to support the achievement of the business strategy. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of HR operational management and labour regulations.     What you'll do:

    • As the Director of Human Resources, you will have overall accountability for providing vision, leadership, delivery, and integration across all HR functions. Your primary responsibility will be to foster effective people and talent plans that drive and support the achievement of the business strategy. You will develop strategic HR plans in line with changes in the current and future business environment. You will also oversee the development of new strategic talent, performance management, and succession planning solutions. Additionally, you will create and update HR governance frameworks.
    • Develop and direct effective strategic HR plans in line with changes in the current and future business environment.
    • Direct strategic plans for the implementation of changes across the business, providing leadership and guidance to executives and project teams.
    • Provide people business continuity plans to address the changing business environment.
    • Maximise return on capital investments relating to people systems, frameworks, and tools.
    • Oversee the development of new and innovative strategic talent, performance management, and succession planning solutions.
    • Direct initiatives and programmes to nurture a positive culture of diversity, inclusivity, and belonging.
    • Create and update HR governance frameworks.

    What you bring:

    • As a Director: Human Resources, you bring extensive experience in a senior HR role. You have a strong understanding of HR operational management and an in-depth knowledge of labour regulations. Your track record includes effectively leading organisation-wide HR implementation projects. You have demonstrated your ability to make analytical decisions based on broadly defined policies and objectives. Your experience also includes developing strategic HR plans and overseeing the development of new strategic talent.
    • Proven experience in a senior HR role.
    • Strong understanding of HR operational management.
    • In-depth knowledge of labour regulations.
    • Experience leading organisation-wide HR implementation projects.
    • Ability to make analytical decisions based on broadly defined policies and objectives.
    • Experience developing strategic HR plans.
    • Experience overseeing the development of new strategic talent.
