An appropriate NQF level 7 qualification as recognized by the South African Qualifications Authority in monitoring and Evaluation/ Business Administration / Business Leadership / Operations Management or relevant equivalent qualification.
Five (5) years of experience at middle/senior managerial level within operations management / strategic planning, monitoring, evaluation and reporting or compliance environment.
