Three-year tertiary qualification at NQF level 7 and/or equivalent qualifications.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience at middle/senior management level within Organisational Development.
DUTIES :
Coordinate and facilitate Human Resource Policy and Planning processes. Coordinate and facilitate the development and implementation of Organisational design programmes.
Coordination, facilitation and implementation of Service Delivery initiatives and Change Management Programmes.
Coordinate and provide support to departments on development and implementation of Operations Management Framework building blocks. Perform generic senior management functions.
