Proven experience in strategic capability and leadership, people management and empowerment, programme and project management, planning and organising skills. Financial management, change management, computer literacy, communication and presentation, report writing, analytical, able to interpret and apply policies. Knowledge in Human Resource Management prescripts and Public Service prescripts.
REQUIREMENTS
An appropriateBachelor’s Degree or equivalent NQF 7 in Human Resource Management/Public Management/ Public Administration (NQF Level 7) or related fields. A minimum of five (5) years of experience at middle/senior managerial level. Experience in human resources management and policy development, monitoring and evaluation would be an added advantage.
