A Bachelor’s degree at NQF level 7 in Science or Engineering.
A master’s degree and Professional registration with Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) or South African Council of Natural Scientific Professions (SACNASP) will be an added advantage.
At least five (5) years’ experience in middle/senior management services.
Knowledge and practical experience in water resources management. Strategic capability and leadership.
Good communication skills. Excellent computer skills.
Planning and organising, people management, conflict management, negotiation, and change management skills.
Experience in programme, project management, and financial management skills.
Knowledge management, service delivery innovation (SDI). Empowerment, client orientation, and customer focus skills.
