• You will provide support to the department to ensure smooth operations. Our ideal candidate is an efficient, dynamic, and cooperative individual who can perform well while juggling multiple tasks with little or no direct supervision. The processing of all information onto the computer system.
• The successful incumbent will be required to work shifts which may include weekends and public holidays and will undergo medicals to gain competency for working at heights.

Main Function

• To dispatch Bulk flour Tankers effectively and efficiently and to control stock and Improve efficiencies.

Requirements 

• Matric or equivalent
• Computer Literacy (MS word, MS excel, MS-Teams)
• Knowledge of ERP systems

KPA’s and Responsibilities

• Physical Loading of Bulk flour Tankers
• Filing of Invoices.
• Scanning and storing POD’s on Docuware.
• Handling of enquiries, complaints and provide information regarding delivery times and loading procedures
• Stock control and stock rotation on Wincos.
• Processing of invoices on Oracle.
• Tracking of loading and yard activity against load plan.
• Updating TMS system for vehicle tracking by the LCT.
• Compliance to Food and Quality requirements and regulation.
• Assisting with month end stock take.
• Ad hoc duties.
