Distribution Expeditor – Key Accounts

Job Description
- Utilise and optimize available technology to track the vehicles movement
- Monitor load plan and communicate deviations to route planned
- Review and analyse daily trip sheet and feedback to management
- Accessibility to customers and communicate any delays with customers’ delivery
- Make adjustments to the load plan to ensure service and efficiency responsiveness
- Work with distribution and sales team to develop priorization rules for loads to minimize delays delivery
- Produce and review various performance reports to drive results
- Update and maintain the master data monthly
- Monitor KPIs daily and advise
KPI’s
- Daily reporting on planned vs. actual deliveries (KPI can be % of planned deliveries per day)
- Measuring of TAT at customer and possible deviations from load plan (KPI can be improvement of TAT from the current/previous year or month)
- Daily communication with customers (100% communication with customers that are not getting deliveries on the NDD)
- Reduction of redeliveries (As a % from the current or previous year)
Qualifications/Requirements
- Matric certificate
- Tertiary qualification
- Knowledge and experience in routing
- Ability to work on weekends.
- Own transport
