• Reporting to the Export Sales Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving the success of Westfalia Marketing by excelling in a high-performance, results-oriented environment. The primary focus will be on effectively executing the business strategy to channel fruit into the export market while ensuring compliance with best practices in Export Logistics and maintaining the integrity of the cold chain process. This role demands a commitment to excellence in operations and a focus on delivering high-quality products to meet customer expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

Education and Experience:

• Degree in International Trade or Supply Chain Management
• 2-3 years' Experience in the fruit industry, with insight into export documentation
• Logistics
• Account Management

Knowledge:

• Beneficial to have
• Pal broker / Pal track
• Export Documentation Processes
• Understanding Freight Forwarding and Customs Clearance Processes

Skills:

• Advanced working knowledge of Excel, with the ability to utilize pivot tables to summarize data, and reconcile figures
• Strong focus on detail is very important
• The ability to work in a high stress environment with regular deadlines associated with the process of exporting fruit
• Excellent communication skills.
