Responsible for managing all controlled documents in accordance with the Document Management System Policy
Ensure that the formatting of controlled documents is in line with the Seriti Provided Templates (Published on SeritiDocs)
Ensure that obsolete documents are removed from the system, or if a document is retained for legal and/or knowledge-preservation purposes, ensure that the document is labelled as such
Ensure the completion of the metadata of all documents in the document management system.
Maintain the review schedule of all documents in the document management system.
Ensure communication to the document owners regarding review cycles and due dates of current documentation.
Maintenance of the physical document storage facility in good order, available for audit at any time
Maintaining and communicating of Document Compliance Report
Management of Seriti single repository systems (Back-end Portal) for the relevant operation
Execution of Legal Appointments for the relevant operation linked to MHSA, OHSA, DoL, RSR and Explosives Act as per the group Legal Appointment Standard.
Maintaining and communication at operational level on Legal Appointment Compliance Register and Report
Operational Portal document management and standardisation
Requirements:
Grade 12 (NQF Level 4)
Qualification or proof of registration towards a National Diploma in Safety Management, Administration/Business studies
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Coal mining
Exposure to Safety, Health and Environment systems
Proficiency in MS Office
Valid driver’s license
In possession or able to obtain a valid Certificate of Fitness
Advantageous:
Mining/Engineer qualification
