Main Resposibilites
Welcome guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
Ensure that area of operation is kept neat and tidy at all times.
Maintain high standards of crime prevention at all times.
Ensure all emergency exits are clear of any obstructions.
Ensure crowds are controlled at all times.
Ensure hotel management is advised upon the arrival of any VIP guests.
Inform hotel management of any incidents that occur in operating area.
Assist hotel guests with their luggage and the correct storing of luggage.
