Introduction

The role of the FEAS Draughtsman is to gather plant data and information, create Piping & Instrumentation diagrams, As-Built ISOs of piping systems and assist with Cicuitisation. Responsibilities and non-exhaustive list of main tasks are presented hereafter for reference.

Minimum Requirements and Skills

• National Certificate in Draughting or similar,
• At least 5 years experience in process piping & P&ID design / draughting, piping Isometrics, pressure vessels
• At least 2 years experience in draughting quality control,
• Experience in creating As-Build drawings,
• Excellent in AutoCad usage.

Job Specification

Invoicing

• Keep accurate record of all work.
• Update timesheets daily.
• Updated all deliverables timely on the system.

Operations

• Site plant walks.
• Data gathering,
• ISO, P&ID, Pressure Vessel Draughting,
• P&ID site verification
• Weekly update reports
• Checking validity of supporting documentation

QHSSE

Quality & Safety

• No re-work due to poor quality,
• Support QHSE Compliance officer with project specific safety requirements.
• Full adherence to site safety requirement,
• Contribute to recommending process improvements, participate to internal/external audits.
