Convert conceptual designs and interior renders from the showroom team into comprehensive manufacturing drawings.
Generate precise cutting lists, assembly diagrams, and CNC-ready files to ensure seamless integration with factory machinery.
Ensure all drawings account for material tolerances, hardware specifications, and structural integrity.
Showroom Liaison: Maintain an open, constant line of communication with Interior Designers to clarify design intent, resolve technical hurdles, and provide feedback on manufacturing feasibility.
Production Synergy: Work daily with the Factory Manager to align drawings with production schedules and machine capabilities.
Operational Support: Coordinate with the Stock & Logistics Coordinator to verify material availability and assist the Accountant with accurate "as-built" data for final costing.
Conduct site measurements when necessary to ensure 100% accuracy before production begins.
Review and update drawings based on "lessons learned" from the factory floor to improve future efficiency.
Maintain an organized digital library of all technical specifications and project revisions.
Job Requirements:
Diploma, especially in Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role within a cabinetry design environment.
Proven experience in translating designs into technical manufacturing drawings.
Experience working with CNC machinery and CAD+T software.
Strong understanding of cabinetry, preferably within the medium to high-end/luxury market.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
