Job Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled Draughtsman to join our client and their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent drawing skills, and the ability to create accurate technical drawings for a variety of projects. The Draughtsman will work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to produce detailed drawings that adhere to industry standards and project requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to understand project requirements and objectives
• Review and interpret design specifications, schematics, and blueprints
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings by verifying dimensions, materials, and other details
• Make revisions to drawings as needed based on feedback from team members
• Maintain organized and up-to-date files of drawings and other project documentation
• Adhere to industry standards and best practices for technical drawing and drafting

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Draughtsman or similar role
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as Civil 3D, AutoCAD or SolidWorks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent drawing and drafting skills
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and blueprints
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for technical drawing and drafting
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
