This is a build-and-grow role for someone who wants to own a product, not just maintain one. As E-Commerce & Digital Product Specialist, you will take full ownership of the Agrimark app and online platform — click-and-collect, online ordering, catalogue browsing, and the self-service tools that let our account customers manage their grain, fuel and credit accounts.
You will be the single point of accountability for the platform: shaping the roadmap, designing the experience, overseeing development and releases, running the testing, and driving the growth that turns features into adoption, transactions and customer loyalty. As the channel scales, the function scales with it.
Main Responsibilities
Own the product roadmap for the Agrimark app and online platform, balancing customer value, commercial return and operational fit.
Design and continuously improve the customer experience across ordering, click-and-collect, catalogue browsing and account self-service (grain, fuel and credit).
Manage the release cycle end-to-end — specifying features, prioritising the backlog, and coordinating development partners and internal IT through to launch.
Plan and run testing — functional QA, user acceptance and A/B experiments — to ensure quality releases and evidence-based design decisions.
Drive growth metrics: adoption, active users, conversion, basket size, retention and channel revenue, with clear reporting against targets.
Use analytics and customer feedback to identify friction, prioritise fixes, and uncover new opportunities.
Work across Supply Chain, Finance, Credit, Marketing and branch operations to integrate the platform with ERP and account systems and deliver a seamless omni-channel experience.
Manage development partners, vendors and budgets, and build out the digital function and team as the channel grows.
Minimum Requirements
Relevant degree — e.g. Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field.
3+ years in digital product, e-commerce or app product management, with demonstrable ownership of a live platform.
Track record across the full product lifecycle: roadmap, UX/design input, build oversight, testing and post-launch growth.
Working knowledge of e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, agile delivery and UX principles; comfortable briefing and managing technical partners.
Commercially minded, customer-obsessed and able to translate data into decisions.
Self-starter who can build a function from where it is today and grow with it.
Advantageous: experience in retail or agri-retail, account-based or credit-linked customer platforms, and exposure to ERP integration.
