    E-Commerce Solution Planning Manager (ACZA)

    E-commerce manager is responsible to grow country and territory e-commerce (E-shop) 

    This role has to define new retail goal and strategy for the territory/country and co work with territory/country product manager, marketing manager, shop manager, and relevant stakeholders to plan and deliver the results. You will be working in a multi-culture, energetic company, and fast paced team. 

    Responsibilities:

    New Retail Biz Development: Define new retail business goal with territory/country managers and plan business growth strategy based on territory/country’s different status. Work out development plans with stakeholders in country and headquarters and deliver the results.

    • Roll out 2-in-1, set up business goals and design business model with countries
    • Set up joint OKR, develop countries digital business aim to be top 5 brand via 7 Factors (Data/Product/TA/User Experience/CRO/CRM/Service) and customer 360 eShop business incremental strategy
    • Co-define business requirement with country, request key stakeholders to development
    • Conduct training to grow digital capability (EC platform, data driven business, user journey strategy and digital marketing

    Qualifications:

    • Business management know-how
    • 2+ years working experience
    • Knowledge of strategies for increasing sales
    • Knowledge of data analysis, website management and eCommerce usability
    • Affiliate marketing and customer loyalty program
    • Knowledge of SEO
    • Operational knowledge of techniques required for market research and analysis
    • Digital Advertising: Google Ads, Facebook Ads and other advertisement platforms
    • Interests in consumer electronic product
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
    • Developing and designing OMO and email marketing campaigns
