Job Description

• Our client is seeking a highly skilled and innovative E-Learning Specialist to design, develop, and manage engaging online learning content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create instructional materials, including interactive modules, video content, assessments, and quizzes.
• Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to design engaging e-learning courses.
• Apply instructional design theories and methodologies to create effective online learning experiences.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate learning objectives into impactful e-learning content.
• Design structured e-learning programs and learning paths aligned with organizational goals.
• Set up, manage, and maintain LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas) to support e-learning delivery.
• Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues within the LMS to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Develop multimedia elements such as audio, video, and graphics to enhance course interactivity.
• Edit videos, record voiceovers, and create animations to ensure high-quality content delivery.
• Design and implement assessments to measure learners’ understanding of course materials.
• Analyze assessment data and learner feedback to refine and improve course content.
• Conduct usability testing to evaluate course functionality and content clarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or Instructional Design or Educational Technology or Information Technology, or a related field.
• SDF (Skills Development Facilitator) certification is required.

Skills

• Must have 5-6 years experience.
• Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or multimedia content creation.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, or Camtasia.
• Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), such as Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas or TalentLMS.
