EAM Techno-Functional Consultant at Sapphire Systems

Job Summary:

The HxGN EAM Techno Functional Consultant will work with existing and new clients. Building solutions to the client based on their requirements. The overall client experience and demonstrating the system capabilities and business benefit to promote the sale / partnership.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Document business processes or system design changes.
• Developing action plans to resolve system issues or enhance system functionality to it’s fullest potential.
• Work closely with Project Manager & PMO to assist with scope parameters, analyse / mitigate risk and guide team to deliver of a high-quality solution.
• Support sales and pre-sales endeavours as required when required
• Planning , distributing workloads to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Governance, monitoring control of projects.
• Solution development including EAM Front end, integration and data management
• Represent Sapphire in a professional and positive manner at all times.

• Engineering or Asset Maintenance/Management background
• SDLC experience desirable
• 5+ years experience implementing a leading asset management solution such as Infor EAM, Maximo or SAP PM
• Experience integrating asset management systems to other external systems such as Infor SunSystems, SAP, Infor Syteline, Sage or other ERPs and FMS’.
• A Good understanding of Project Life Cycle, planning, scope / cost quality / risk management required for implementations. PM certification advantageous.
• Java, JSON and XSLT experience desirable
• Experience or knowledge in SQL & Oracle, Flex and Alert Management
• Knowledge or ability to do Flex and Alert Management & EXT framework
• Experience or knowledge in ION configuration, troubleshoot integration and minor tweaks
• Experience or knowledge in building Custom API's
• Experience in developing using EAM User Defined Screens desirable
• Work independently with a ‘can-do’ attitude
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills in English, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner to audiences
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Ability to shape Sapphire EAM offering and drive it forward with the client base, pre and post project consultancy on Strategy and ongoing partnership with the client.
• Proficiency in configuration of EAM Mobile solutions
