The role ensures agencies deliver competitive results, adhere to regulatory standards (NCA, POPIA, FICA, Debt Collectors Act), protect the brand, and operate efficiently in line with the company’s collections strategy.

Requirements
Grade 12. Tertiary qualification advantageous
10+ years' experience in debt collection or vendor management.
Registration with the Council for Debt Collectors (advantageous).
Technical & Analytical Skills:
Strong understanding of debt collection operations and KPIs.
Ability to interpret performance reports and analytics.
Relationship & Stakeholder Management:
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders.
Leadership & Execution:
Strong problem-solving and execution discipline.
Ability to manage accountability while maintaining relationships.
Regulatory Knowledge:
