    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field
    • Proven experience in debt collections, financial analysis, or a similar role within the financial services industry. 
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, SAS, Python, PowerBI).

    EDC Manager- Engage Grade 8

    Description

    • To optimize collections on accounts outsourced by selecting, contracting, managing, and performance-optimizing external debt collection agencies.  
    • The role ensures agencies deliver competitive results, adhere to regulatory standards (NCA, POPIA, FICA, Debt Collectors Act), protect the brand, and operate efficiently in line with the company’s collections strategy. 
    • Manage the EDC operations team 

    Requirements

    • Grade 12. Tertiary qualification advantageous
    • 10+ years' experience in debt collection or vendor management. 
    • Registration with the Council for Debt Collectors (advantageous). 

    Technical & Analytical Skills: 

    • Strong understanding of debt collection operations and KPIs. 
    • Ability to interpret performance reports and analytics. 
    • Relationship & Stakeholder Management: 
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills. 
    • Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders. 
    • Leadership & Execution: 
    • Strong problem-solving and execution discipline. 
    • Ability to manage accountability while maintaining relationships. 
    • Regulatory Knowledge: 
    • Familiarity with NCA, POPIA, FICA, Debt Collectors Act.

    Collections Strategy Analyst- Engage Grade 7

    Areas of responsibility

    Data Analysis and Insights:

    • Extract, manipulate, and analyse portfolio and collections data (SQL, Excel)
    • Identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps across segments, channels, and campaigns
    • Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
    • Perform deep-dive analysis on underperforming areas to identify root causes

    Strategy Execution and Testing:

    • Support the implementation of collection strategies across operational channels (Call Centre, Digital, EDC, etc.)
    • Assist in designing and executing A/B tests to evaluate strategy effectiveness
    • Track, measure and report on test outcomes and recommend next steps
    • Drive execution of approved strategy changes and enhancements

    Performance Monitoring:

    • Monitor key collections performance metrics (e.g. RPC, PTP, conversion, yield)
    • Track strategy and campaign performance against expectations
    • Highlight risks, opportunities and areas requiring intervention
    • Provide ongoing feedback to improve operational effectiveness

    Reporting:

    • Develop and maintain regular reporting (daily / weekly / monthly)
    • Build dashboards and performance views to support decision-making
    • Present findings in a clear and structured manner to stakeholders

    Process and Continuous Improvement:

    • Identify opportunities to improve strategy execution, data flows and reporting efficiency
    • Support optimisation of operational processes through data-driven insights
    • Contribute to building scalable and repeatable analytical approaches

    Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the Data Scientist, Collections Operations, Call Centre, Digital and other stakeholders
    • Support alignment between analytical insights and operational execution
    • Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate into analytical outputs

    Customer and Portfolio Insights:

    • Analyse customer behaviour and payment patterns to inform targeting and treatment strategies
    • Support segmentation and prioritisation of accounts based on risk and value

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
    • 2–5 years’ experience in data analysis, collections, or financial services

    Merchandising and Admin Manager- Engage Grade 5

    Description

    • Equip Sales management team with the required marketing, merchandising (incl. clothing) and promotional material within the parameters set by the HF channel head.
    • Management of the motor vehicle fleet and related costs Arrangement and management of channel travel and accommodation activity and costs Management and monitoring of expense claims Diary and meeting support for the HF channel head
    • General administrative support for the channel inclusive but not limited to  the arrangement for team functions, communications, deliveries and other items of  a sundry nature.

    Requirements

    • General business administration degree or diploma preferred
    • 2-3 years general workplace administrative role
