Education & Awareness at Mogale City Local Municipality

Summary of Roles and Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing educational programs that promote environmental awareness and sustainable practices.
• Creating educational materials such as leaflets, posters, and interactive displays to facilitate learning about environmental issues.
• Collaborating with other environmental organisations and community groups to promote and facilitate environmental education.
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of environmental education programs and making necessary adjustments

Minimum entry requirements:

• M + 3 (Matric plus 3 years of study) in the following fields of study: Environment, Biodiversity, Conservation, Forestry, Air Quality, Landscaping & Horticulture, Bylaw Enforcement and Environmental Health.
• Youth between 18 – 35 years of age, people with disabilities are encouraged to apply,
• Preference will be given to graduates who are residing in the Mogale City area of jurisdiction and South African Citizens.
