    Educational Sales Consultant (Remote South Africa)

    Our Need

    We’re at the forefront of what’s next in education and we’re looking for an experienced call center sales executive to join our team. This remote position will be responsible for connecting with potential customers who have expressed interest in one of our programs to help them secure a seat during scheduled appointments.

     

    Job Duties

    • Delivers impactful consultations that influence potential customers towards securing their seat in a course of interest

    • Demonstrates passion and excitement for our course offerings

    • Inspires professional growth by matching course content and objectives to desired outcomes

    • Converts interested parties into motivated learners

    • Provides valuable insight into our innovative approach to executive education

    • Cultivates trusted and meaningful relationships that inspire repeatable business

    • Serves as a trusted advisor and demonstrates extraordinary customer service

    • Collaborates with internal business partners to ensure customer questions are answered thoroughly and in a timely fashion

    • Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners

    • Thrives in a fast-paced call center environment

    • Has a demonstrable track record of exceeding sales quotas

    • Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Thinks critically and creatively solve problems

    • Has the ability to multitask and prioritize work

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

    • 2+ years call center experience

    • 2+ years demonstrated success in a sales role

    • Consultative and solution-oriented sales mindset

    • Mastery in communication (written and verbal)

    • Exceptional phone presence and strong interpersonal focus

    • Organizational expertise with sharp attention to detail

    • Dependable high-speed internet and a quiet place to work
