    Finance Manager - Commissions

    Overview

    • We are seeking an experienced Manager: Dealer Commissions to oversee end-to-end dealer commission accounting, reporting, controls, and financial operations within a fast-paced telecommunications environment. The successful candidate will provide strategic financial insight, manage reporting processes, drive compliance, and support operational decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the end-to-end Dealer Commissions finance and accounting process
    • Review and analyse monthly financial reports, accruals, provisions, and commission-related transactions
    • Prepare and present financial reporting, KPI/KFI reporting, and management insights to senior leadership
    • Ensure accurate Balance Sheet and Income Statement reporting
    • Oversee SAP and HFM reporting processes
    • Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies
    • Manage controls, compliance, audits, and risk mitigation within Finance Operations
    • Support budgeting, forecasting, and working capital management processes
    • Engage with stakeholders on commercial agreements and accounting impacts
    • Lead and manage the Dealer Commissions team

    Requirements

    • Matric / Grade 12
    • BCom in Accounting or related field (essential)
    • CA(SA) advantageous
    • 8+ years' financial/accounting experience

    • Strong reporting, analytical, and financial management skills

    Cyber Security Specialist: GRC

    Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership:

    • Continually review and update security policies, standards, and guidelines in response to the everchanging cyber threats in coordination with Enterprise Risk Management team
    • Monitor and drive compliance to internal and global cyber security related policies and standards

    • At least 2+ years proven experience with Cyber Security related Standards (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, etc.).
    • Proven experience with GDPR, Data Protection laws, guidelines on Cyber Security amongst others.
    • At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing Cyber Security technologies and operations.
    • Coordinate periodic cyber security knowledge transfer, awareness sessions and phishing simulations to staff in line with strategy.

    Compliance, Risk & Governance Officer

    Role Purpose

    • To provide operational and coordination support to the Group Compliance function by assisting with the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of compliance frameworks, regulatory obligations, and governance activities across the Vodacom operating markets.

    Key Accountabilities

    Senior Estate Specialist (Polokwane)

    Role purpose:

    • The role of the Senior Specialist: Estates is to manage and oversee the Estates and property portfolio within the respective region for optimal collaboration, regular travel to/within (Central) regions and head office is required.
    • This will include staff, contractor, vendor, customer and stakeholder management and relations.

    Senior Cloud Security & DevSecOps Manager

    Role Summary

    • This senior role drives secure, automated, and compliant cloud-native delivery while managing monitoring/alerting, penetration testing programs, vulnerability management, and broader cybersecurity initiatives.
    • You will lead a team of DevSecOps engineers, foster a security by design culture, and enable the business to innovate rapidly in a regulated South African and global context

    Key Responsibilities

    DevOps

    • Provision and manage cloud infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation) on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
    • Implement containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm) for consistent environments.
    • Automate repetitive tasks, reduce toil, and improve developer experience through self service tools

    • Leverage AWS-native services: Amazon Inspector, GuardDuty, Security Hub, Config, IAM Access Analyzer, and AWS Security Agent for automated security.
    • Build and Secure CI/CD Pipelines & Automation
    • Build and evolve secure CI/CD pipelines (AWS CodePipeline, GitLab), optimizing workflows to automate testing, builds, and deployments with security gates (SAST,

    Monitoring, Alerting & Observability

    • Architect comprehensive monitoring and alerting using AWS CloudWatch, GuardDuty, X-Ray, EventBridge, and SIEM integrations.
    • Design intelligent alerting with automated routing, escalation, noise reduction, and rapid incident response processes (critical for Cybercrimes Act obligations).
    • Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting to maintain high availability and performance.
    • Ensure 24/7 visibility into security posture, performance, and compliance.

    Cybersecurity, Penetration Testing & Risk Management

    • Lead and coordinate regular penetration testing

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering

    Experience

    • 8–10+ years in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Cybersecurity.
    • 3–5+ years in technical leadership or management roles.
    • Strong hands-on AWS experience
    • Proven track record in regulated environments with POPIA/GDPR compliance.

    Certifications

    • AWS Certified Security – Specialty or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional.
    • CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or CISA.

    Essential Skills & Competencies

    Technical:

    • Deep expertise in AWS.
    • Proficiency with security tools (Inspector, GuardDuty, SAST/DAST like SonarQube, SIEM).
    • Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
    • Strong experience with Linux, networking, and Git.
