    Full job description

    • The aim of the e-Learning Platform Administrator is to focus on end-to-end management of the LMS (Learner Management Systems). These duties include the technical administrative and functional administrative tasks in the daily operations of an enterprise level learning management system and administrative tools to support the development and delivery of learning contThe ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration of the educational technologies aent. t Bayport South Africa.
    • The e-Learning Administrator plays a critical part in the drive and implementation of the digital journey of the organisation.

    Requirements for the Role

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Matric and/or NQF Level 4 relevant Qualification
    • NQF Level 4 or higher - Relevant Administration Qualification
    • A+ and N+ Certifications or relevant Information Technology Qualification

    Desired Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in multimedia design, graphic design, or instructional design, or a related field in training development (advantageous)
    • Design of learning material (Minimum NQF L5) (advantageous)
    • Interactive Digital Media Development (advantageous)
    • Training Needs Analysis (Minimum NQF L5) (advantageous)
    • UI and UX Design is advantageous.

    Experience and Knowledge

    Minimum Requirements

    • Fundamental Information Technology experience and business exposure
    • 6 months - 1 year of experience in Learning & Development, with specific responsibilities for learning and development administration. (advantageous)

    Desired Modulus

    • Minimum 1 year of experience using Moodle 3.4 or higher to produce and host digital training. (advantageous)
    • 1-2 years of financial industry experience. (advantageous)
    • Minimum 1 year of direct experience using Articulate 360 or newer e-learning software (advantageous)
    • Proficiency and competency in Microsoft office suite
    • Project Management (advantageous)
    • UI/UX design experience (advantageous)

    Preffered Requirements

    • Advance communication and presentation skills.
    • Certificate/Diploma Human Resource Management will be advantageous.
    • Certificate/Diploma ODEDTP will be advantageous.

    Other Requirements

    • Delivering results and meeting customer expectations.
    • Good quality and attendance track record.
    • Problem Solving Skills.
