In this role you are responsible for minimising down time and improving quality on plant machinery and equipment
Being a process expert on critical machine types
Monitor and benchmark machine performance in a manner to ensure optimum machine performance
Provide technical leadership in order to develop necessary skills of Artisans
Maintain safe and cost effective operation of equipment in the plant, ensuring optimum availability of production equipment, through the effective fault finding (root cause analysis) and maintenance of equipment and the extraction of learning from equipment related incidence for training and development purposes.
Identify equipment related improvement opportunities
Fault-finding using RCA (root cause analysis) identifying and implementing solutions
Provide technical leadership in order to develop necessary skills of Artisans
