Electrician at Communicate Recruitment

Job Description:

• Build electrical panels according to detailed specifications with a strong focus on precision and quality
• Perform electrical fault finding on production equipment, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
• Handle wiring of production machinery, including setup and configuration of Variable Speed Drives (VSDs)
• Conduct thorough electrical quality inspections before machines are dispatched
• Carry out electrical maintenance on plant equipment and facilities to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Support installation and commissioning activities on customer sites, both locally and internationally
• Work independently and within a team to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
• Solid hands‑on experience with electrical systems and equipment
• Experience with VSDs is highly advantageous
• Willingness to work overtime and travel (locally and internationally)
• Valid Code B driver’s license

Qualification:

• Trade Test Electrician (N2–N3 minimum)
