• Conducting Inspections, Installations and Repairs on Komatsu Mining equipment

Key Job Responsibilities

• Conducting Inspections, Installations and Repairs:
• Identifying and resolving electrical issues, conducting repairs, replacements or assembling equipment according to technical drawings/manuals
• Adhering to engineering specifications and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Read and Interpret Electrical Drawings:
• Plan and execute electrical installations and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Troubleshoot and Repair Electrical Problems
• Diagnose electrical problems and malfunctions using testing equipment and technical expertise.
• Identify the root causes of issues and perform repairs or replacements as needed.
• Safety Compliance, adhere to safety procedures, follow electrical codes and regulations, and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Conduct safety inspections, identify potential hazards, and take corrective actions to minimize risks associated with electrical systems.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Qualified Electrician
• Valid Flameproof Certificate will be advantageous
• Be able to read electrical schematic and wiring drawings
• Valid crane license advantageous
• 3-5 years work experience
