Our goal is to continually produce and develop industry-leading personalised email content to engage our worldwide member base of high-net-worth members. We’re looking for an outstanding candidate with a strong background in CRM/ Email Marketing to join our high-achieving global team of marketing professionals.

What you will do

• Create highly personalised email content, manage complex data sets and create bespoke automations, using best-in-market technology.

• Constantly reassess and improve the quality of conceptual ideas and content; continuously improving and exceeding the requirements of our clients and our corporate priorities.

• Represent Member Comms in the APAC region, managing internal stakeholders and providing reporting/ recommendations.

Requirements

Your experience should include

• You will need to be based in Cape Town (Non negotiable)

• Demonstrable use of sophisticated email marketing tools.

• Audience segmentation using multiple data feeds.

• Awareness of best practices and an ability to translate these into innovative ideas.

• Excellent project management skills.

• A proven ability to prioritise and manage tasks in a demanding work environment.

You should have

• Creativity and confidence when working with clients and colleagues.

• A strong working knowledge of HTML and email design/ automation.

• Fantastic organisational/administration skills.

• An eye for detail.

• A creative mind and be a keen problem solver.

• An ability to translate complex data sets into tangible result
