Employee Wellness Coordinator: Sport, Recreation And Engagement (IRC8848)
To coordinate and implement wellness, engagement and participation initiatives that foster employee wellbeing, inclusion, belonging and positive employee experiences through sport, social cohesion and engagement activities and programmes.
The role supports Parliament's sporting codes, wellness campaigns, recreational activities and community-building programmes that enhance the overall wellbeing of Members and Employees, in alignment with the Human Resources Shared Services Strategy.
Key Peformance Area:
Wellness Programme Development and Implementation
Employee Engagement and Participation Coordination
Provides Employee Assistance and Guidance in the Promotion of a Healthy Lifestyle
Employee Community Building and Participation
Execute General Administrative Responsibilities
Monitor and Oversee All Onsite Sports and Recreational Facilities (Gyms, Physical Training Venues, etc.) and Collaborative Partners
Implement Human Capital Service Delivery Model
To Qualify, You Must Have:
Grade 12 or NQF Level 4
Bachelor’s Degree / Advanced Diploma in Sports Science, Sports Management Science, Physical Science, Movement Science, or a Related Qualification (NQF Level 7)
3 years' experience in Coordinating and Implementing Sports and Recreation Codes and Engagement Programmes within a Medium-to-Large Institution or Company, enabling Overall Employee Wellbeing
