Job Purpose    

• To co-ordinate HC policy support, control and guide the data base and web-based applications relating to the Employment Policies Branch.
• This post reports to SENIOR MANAGER (EMPLOYMENT POLICY)

Key Responsibility Areas    

• Provide policy support to Line manager.
• Undertakes stakeholder engagements.
• Disseminates approved HC policies, SOP and Collective agreements.
• Maintain the Human Capital intranet.
• Maintain the data for all conditions of services, collective agreement, status and HC policies and procedures in the branch.

Essential Requirements    

• Diploma (NQF Level 6) in an administrative field or equivalent.
• Valid motor vehicle driving license.
• 3 years relevant experience

• 4 Years relevant experience.
