Engagement Lead at Decision Inc.

About the job

• We are looking for a strong Engagement Lead to join our Modern Workplace team within Decision Inc.. Good communication, managerial and leadership skills are a must, and great technical ability is advantageous. There will be exposure to a wide range of industries, so the ability to quickly understand new business environments is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Own key divisional client relationships and grow immediate team and cross-divisional demand in assigned client base
•  Work with leadership to deliver against divisional commercial goals
•  Work with the delivery team to ensure excellent in-client performance
•  Mentor and manage performance and foster a culture of excellence in the Modern Workplace team
•  Assist with scoping, proposals, and presentations from a sales perspective and with resources management and planning from an operational perspective as well as client issue resolution

Who Do You Need to Be?

•  Minimum 2 years’ experience in management and/or sales role
•  Experience within consulting service environment
•  Strong problem-solving skills and good communication skills, both written and verbal
•  Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem and products and its capability (O365, SharePoint and bespoke solution development advantageous)
•  Ability to identify client challenges and create opportunities for improvement and client value
•  Ability to explain technical concepts to business users in a language they understand, and business requirements to technical delivery team
•  Ability to successfully manage and foster strong relationships with team and clients
•  Effective planning and organisational skills
•  Passionate and ambitious to deliver on the company’s strategic plan
