Engineering Superintendent - Kathu at Hire Resolve

Our client needs you to be their new Engineering Superintendent in the Northern Cape.

Requirements:

• Engineering Technical Trade Test
• N4 Certificate in Engineering
• Planned Maintenance Management certificate (NQF level 5)
• Supervisory Certificate  
• 3 year’s supervisory experience as a  Team/ project leader/ supervisor in mining or heavy industry maintenance environment in Plant and Fleet
• 5 year’s operational experience in a mining or heavy industry maintenance environment in a plant and fleet as a qualified Artisan

Responsibilities:

To Ensure equipment availability and reliability through the application of maintenance management systems and resources to achieve and support production targets, which include but not limited to:

• Engineering operations
• Improvement optimisation
• People management
• Contractor management
• Budget and cost control
• SHERQ
• Work Ethics
