• Hire Resolve's Client, a reputable mining company in the Northern Cape, is currently looking for a skilled and experienced Engineering Supervisor (Boilermaker) to join their mining team. 

Responsibilities:

• Gather and verify information before capturing data, and maintain proper filing of documents according to set procedures.
• Adhere to all safety, health, and environmental requirements, promptly identify and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions, and take part in safety discussions and meetings.
• Follow quality procedures and complete tasks to meet or exceed operational quality requirements.
• Support overall team goals through active contribution and cooperation.
• Engage in change initiatives, offer constructive feedback on challenges, and help drive improvements.
• Suggest practical ideas for enhancing work processes and participate in related improvement projects.
• Contribute to section planning and carry out tasks according to approved plans and standards.
• Obtain the daily schedule of breakdowns to stay informed and prepared.
• Ensure daily execution of job cards aligned with the weekly maintenance plan.
• Create and process orders for any breakdowns or maintenance needs reported.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• N3 Certificate in Engineering
• Boilermaker Trade Test Certificate
• 6 years' experience as a Boilermaker in a Shaft/Winder environment.
• 3 years' supervisory experience
• Valid Driver's License
