    English- Speaking Customer Service Advisor

    About

    Do you have at least 1 years' worth of customer service experience? Are you well-spoken in English? Then we have the perfect opportunity for you! 

    Our client, a leading global contact centre, is looking to hire an English-Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their amazing team in Cape Town, South Africa. The ideal candidate for this roll must be very well spoken in English with a positive and bubbly personality and who is highly motivated to assist people specifically in the UK.

    Work Type: You will be required to work in their offices. 

    Basic Qualifications: 

    • Matric or equivalent qualification 
    • 1 years experience within cutomer service 
    • Fluency in English (verbal & written)  
    • Clear credit score and criminal record 
    • Well-spoken 
    • Exceptional customer care with courteous attitude 
    • Results orientated with solution driven mentality 
    • Ability to work weekends and in a shifted environment 
    • Positive attitude and motivated mindset 

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Handle all customer inquiries verbally and in writing 
    • Identify customer needs to provide quality service 
    • Manage and resolve customer service queries and complaints 
    • Provide customers with accurate information on the products and services 
    • Update existing customer information 
    • Assist with claim queries 
    • Investigate, resolve and process high volumes of customer enquiries to deliver quality customer service 
    • Maintain policies and change details as needed 
    • Maintain accuracy of customer data 
    • Handle customer concerns and objections 
    • Adhere to underwriting guidelines 
    • Adhere to compliance guidelines when conducting business with customers 
    • Follow best practice procedures 
    • Participate in weekly and monthly coaching 
    • Escalate calls
