    Enterprise Development Coordinator

    To Coordinate and monitor local Enterprise Development Projects, facilitating effective delivery management of identified projects. An integral member of the project team, the incumbent will be responsible for enabling delivering on the CCBSA’s Youth Empowerment objectives, with the support of the Project Manager. The position reports into the Enterprise Development Manager Position.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities    

    •  Liaise with project manager to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
    •  Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
    •  Assist the project manager in the review of proposals and quotations to ensure that only reasonable pricing is recommended for approval.
    •  Make certain that assigned responsibilities towards clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner, as the project evolves.
    •  Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports, communication tools and charts.
    •  Use project management, scheduling and controls tools to monitor project plan(s), working hours, budget, plans and expenditure.
    •  Act as a point of contact for the project manager and keep her and others informed about the project status and issues by preparing project reports and tracking provincial project budgets.
    •  Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the project team, and escalate issues and risks to project manager as required.
    •  Monitor and track assigned project progress on a daily basis and handle any issues that arise.
    •  Attend project meetings, and prepare and distribute minutes to all project team members.
    •  Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude.
    •  Provide effective support towards target achievement.

    Skills, Experience & Education    

    •  Grade 12/ Matric Qualification.
    •  Driver’s license, Code 08, preferably with own car.
    •  Own laptop and cellphone device required (a connection allowance will be allocated i.e. data and airtime)
    •  Experience in project coordination.
    •  Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and of Project Management.
    •  Knowledge of SAP (PTP process).
    •  Strong working knowledge of the local market/designated geographical area.
    •  1 year or more Sales experience in FMCG would be an advantageous.
