    Tencent Africa Services is looking for a Enterprise Sales Lead to join the team.

    As the Enterprise Sales Lead, you will be required to:

    • Ensures highly innovative, relevant and meaningful strategic thinking is applied to clients' business challenges.
    • Leverage deep digital understanding to conceptualize and execute Enterprise solutions and communication strategies.
    • Provide creative solutions to our Enterprise clients to achieve targets

    Key performance objectives:

    • Serve as a thought leader in aligning digital marketing strategy with a client's business goals and objectives.
    • Be a strategic lead and pitch effective use of our product to achieve set targets.
    • Be creative and have a passionate interest in creating powerful collaborations / partnerships that meet client objectives.
    • Have strong and effective business professional communication and client presentation skills; preferred previous experience in presenting to C-level clients.
    • Have a solid understanding of traditional marketing principles and how they apply to the digital medium.
    • Perform detailed evaluation of the client business environment including customer needs, and competitive realities to identify unique market opportunities and threats.
    • Lead the design of insight driven digital strategies from opportunity identification through to experience definition.
    • Monitor and optimize client projects.

    Requirements:

    • Five+ years' experience in enterprise sales across multiple industries; 
    • 3 years’ experience with commercial negotiations for large project roll outs;
    • A strong passion for and knowledge of technology and new products;
    • Be an exceptional team player with the confidence and integrity to earn client and internal team confidence quickly;
    • Have excellent presentation, public speaking and deck writing skills;
    • Have the ability to thrive in a fluid and entrepreneurial environment.
