    Entertainment Administrator

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and schedule all entertainment events and activities, including shows, performances, and other onboard entertainment options
    • Work closely with the Entertainment Director to develop and implement new and innovative entertainment programs
    • Manage the onboard entertainment budget and ensure that all expenses are within budget
    • Liaise with external performers and vendors to book and schedule performances and events
    • Maintain accurate records of all entertainment-related expenses and revenue
    • Provide support to the Entertainment Director in managing the entertainment team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as Food and Beverage and Guest Services, to ensure smooth coordination of entertainment activities
    • Respond to guest inquiries and concerns regarding entertainment options and provide excellent customer service at all times
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for new and exciting entertainment options

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field
    • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the cruise industry
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
    • Knowledge of entertainment and event planning principles and practices
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
    • Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary travel documents
