    Entertainment Administrator

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and schedule all entertainment events and activities, including shows, performances, and other onboard entertainment options
    • Work closely with the Entertainment Director to develop and implement new and innovative entertainment programs
    • Manage the onboard entertainment budget and ensure that all expenses are within budget
    • Liaise with external performers and vendors to book and schedule performances and events
    • Maintain accurate records of all entertainment-related expenses and revenue
    • Provide support to the Entertainment Director in managing the entertainment team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
