Events Coordinator at Tsebo Solution

• We are looking for an Events Coordinator to manage and support internal and external events, ensuring smooth execution and excellent client experience. This includes handling bookings, liaising with service providers, and overseeing event logistics

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Coordinate events and meetings, ensuring timely setup and breakdown.
• Liaise with catering and service providers.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting.
• Manage stock and support financial processes.

Qualifications    

• Grade 12 (mandatory).
• Diploma in Events Management or Hospitality (or studying toward).
• 1–3 years’ experience in event coordination.
• Strong admin and financial skills; MS Office proficiency.
