As an Executive Assistant, you will play an integral role in supporting the President and the wider executive team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing communication between executives and colleagues, arranging meetings, handling correspondence, coordinating travel arrangements, providing project support, collating reports and presentations, and maintaining filing systems. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the office.
Act as a point of contact between executives and internal or external colleagues/clients
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Arrange meetings and prepare meeting agenda and packs
Handle correspondence directed to managers/employees at various levels
Handle travel and accommodation arrangements both local and international including itineraries for the President and other executives on request
Provide support, coordination and follow up on a variety of projects
Coordinate and collate reports and presentations
Maintain filing and database system with intent of continuously improving systems in the office
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Executive Assistant role will bring a wealth of experience from working with senior executives, preferably within the media industry. You will have advanced technical skills including proficiency in MS Office suite, Apple/macOS, and multimedia communication tools. Your excellent time management abilities will enable you to juggle multiple tasks effectively while your strong interpersonal skills will ensure smooth communication with colleagues at all levels. A creative mindset coupled with good organisational skills will be key to your success in this role.
Minimum 5 years’ experience working with senior executives; media industry experience is advantageous
Advanced skills MS Office, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
Proficiency in Apple/macOS
Proven ability to use a variety of multimedia communication tools
