Executive Director: Communications at National Youth Development Agency (NYDA)

Qualification:

• Degree or an NQF 8 Level qualification in Marketing / Communication and/or Management OR a postgraduate degree in any one of the areas of specialisation.

Experience:

• 6 years’ experience in Communications and Customer Service role.
•  4 years of public sector experience 
• 2 years Senior Management experience. 
• Understanding of operations and support functions. 

Knowledge and Experience of the following support functions, processes and procedures governing them: 

• Marketing and Communication 
• Public Relations 
• Media Liaison 
• Customer Services
