    Executive: Project & Programme Management Execution Chapter

    Job Purpose

    To direct and manage the execution resource pool available for assignment to innovative delivery initiatives. To appropriately assign resources, manage demand, stakeholder management, communication, capacity and capability planning and prioritisation and risk and issue management. 

    Job Responsibilities

    • Responsible for allocation of resources across work (fulfilling demand)
    • Accountable and responsible for financial management of line budgets across delivery
    • Provides vendor management capability to support vendor engagements and contract management for contingent staff
    • Responsible for the training and upskilling of the resources within the chapter to ensure understanding and knowledge of all relevant standards, methodologies and practices
    • Responsible for the performance management of the resources within the Chapter, although day to day activities will be managed by the POCLAC or leadership team of the area which the resource had been seconded into.
    • Build and maintain high-performance resources/teams
    • Responsible for all administrative activities required to support the resources within the Chapter (contract renewal, onboarding of staff, laptops etc.)
    • Ensure transformation of roles and skills to agile practices, e.g. combine project management skills with scrum master skills.

    Essential Qualification

    • Professional Qualifications/Honour’s Degree

    Minimum Experience Level

    • Must have experience in delivering large scale programmes and programme transformation and delivery approaches.
    • 4-8 years Executive Management.
    • 10-15 years Business Management.
