• National company based in Pinetown are recruiting for an Administrator to the Export Sales Manager.  The successful applicant will support the manager by processing customer sales orders, generating invoices, credit notes, and delivery documentation, extensively liaising with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and queries, supporting the sales team with internal administrative duties, assisting with export documentation and processes (commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, etc.), coordinating with warehouse, logistics, and finance departments, and other adhoc administrative duties.  Applicants should have their Matric (essential), a minimum of 2-3 years in an internal sales role, working on Sage Pastel or a similar system.  Basic export experience, or having worked for a company that exported products, is an advantage.
