    Extra Heavy Vehicle Driver

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:

    • Perform general transportation of commodities as instructed by management.
    • Ensure the load is delivered safely to the correct destination within the agreed-upon timeframe.
    • Ensure that traffic regulations are always adhered to.  
    • Responsible for the daily inspection and maintenance of heavy vehicles/equipment.

    Requirements

    • 1 Year relevant experience.
    • National Senior Certificate.
    • Relevant driver’s license to operate heavy vehicles (Code 14).
    • Valid professional driver’s permit (PDP).
    • Candidates with experience in operating heavy machinery such as TLB,rollers,excavators etc. will receive preference.
    • Great communication skills.
    • Attention to details.
