Oversee and manage the F&B outlets as required, ensuring the smooth running of the outlets Schedule all interviews for shortlisted candidates.
Responsible for the day-to-day logistics of food and beverage service and to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Be interactive, intuitive, creative, active and visible in all food and beverage areas to ensure that high standard of guest relations and service is maintained.
Oversees the co-ordination and preparation of staff rosters for all F&B outlets to ensure adequate coverage in all F&B outlets according to occupancy.
Supervise and co-ordinate pricing and preparation of menus, beverage and wine lists, and liaise with local suppliers
In liaison with the Food & Beverage Director, ensure that the food and beverage costs are maintained at their agreed levels and the correct profit margins are achieved.
Ensure through regular monitoring of guest feedback, queries and complaints for delivering prompt, efficient and accurate service.
Address any grievance and counselling issues among the department.
What You Bring:
Minimum of 5 years F&B management experience in a luxury hotel environment.
Excellent leaderships skills, with the ability to manage and motivate others.
Excellent knowledge of food cost, employee scheduling and payroll.
Extensive food and beverage product knowledge.
Good understating of financial principles.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
