Facilities Manager-Gauteng at Empact Group

Empact Group is looking for a Facilities Manager who will be responsible for managing all aspects of the site services including maintenance on building, equipment, roadways, vehicle fleets. To ensure high levels of client satisfaction and excellent financial performance through the management and development of the site team and great operational standards.

Education and experience required:

• Experience in highly commercial and sensitive markets is essential
• Engineering Degree will be an advantage
• At least 5 years’ experience in Facilities Management Environment
• Experienced and comfortable with industry-standard laws and regulation
• Occupational Health and Safety knowledge
• Project Management

Knowledge of the Facilities management profession

Knowledge of South African and industry-specific laws
